Bigfoot Unity System
The Bigfoot Unity System is a smart cap that is FDA approved to support multiple daily injection therapy for people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes ages 12 and over. The system incorporates Freestyle continuous glucose monitor data, meter data, and instructions from the user’s health care provider to provide insulin dose recommendations displayed on the smart cap which is connected to the user’s disposable insulin pen. The system also communicates with the Unity app on a compatible cellphone to show glucose range and insulin history within the app.
