Gvoke PFS is a prescription subcutaneous prefilled syringe glucagon injection used to treat severe hypoglycemia in adults with diabetes. The product comes as a premixed, ready-to-use, pre-filled syringe administered in a two-step process. Gvoke PFS should be stored at room temperature (68–77 degrees F) and is stable for 30 months from the date of manufacture. Gvoke PFS is available in a one- or two-pack. Approved for 2 years old and up.
