Fora 6 Connect by ForaCare is a multi-parameter blood monitoring system. This Bluetooth-enabled device supports five types of test strips, enabling users to perform six different blood tests. The meter is both CE and FDA-cleared and integrated with the MedM health monitoring app for iOS and Android. Readings can be automatically captured from the Fora 6 Connect and saved to the user's smartphone or tablet and, optionally, backed up to MedM Health Cloud. Fora 6 Connect users can track their blood glucose, total cholesterol, hematocrit, hemoglobin, ketone, and uric acid levels directly on their smartphone or computer screen. Results can also be exported as a file and shared with a doctor.
