Humalog U-200 (insulin lispro) is a rapid-acting insulin that is concentrated to double the strength of U-100. More than 20 units of the mealtime insulin dose can be injected via the prefilled disposable Humalog U-200 KwikPen.
- Rapid-acting insulin: Usually taken before a meal. Begins to work about 15 minutes after injection and lasts 2-4 hours.
- Approved for adults and children with diabetes.
