Gvoke HypoPen (glucagon injection)

The GVOKE HypoPen is a prescription, subcutaneous (under the skin) glucagon injection used to treat severe hypoglycemia (severe low blood glucose) in adults and kids over 2 years of age with diabetes. The product comes in a premixed, ready to use pen and is administered in a 2-step process with no visible needle. There is a pediatric and adult dose. Gvoke should be stored at room temperature (68–77 degrees F) and is stable for up to 2 years from the date of manufacture. It is available in a 1- or 2-pack.
